JOHN CONWELL, PE

John Conwell graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  John has over 40 years of experience in site/civil engineering.  His work has included numerous residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects including grading, sediment control and stormwater management design.  The past 7 years with ISE-MD has included the planning stage AHJ approvals and site design of numerous utility scale ground mount solar projects.  John is professionally licensed in 10 states.  In his spare time, he enjoys rooting for the Washington Capitals and playing (not to shabbily for an old guy) ice hockey with a local group in York, PA.
